WORLD IMPACT
COOL Ministries has reached China and the Philippines. We have personally reached and ministered to a fallen pastor in Mexico City, Mexico. Then there was Milcho Totev and he has past away but was doing extensive work in Bulgaria. Presently, we support a man named Frank Catania and who evangelizes Italy. We also support Ernest Lucio. He was my last Chaplain in TDCJ at the McConnell Unit and we have supported him in outreaches to Cuba. COOL also supports Rudy Guerra who evangelizes a great portion of Central America.
